Abts Equipment is a growing business in the dairy industry.
We have an opening for a route sales person and accounting assistant position.
Route Sales Person:
This would be an already established route with the opportunity to add new customers.
Wages: $65,000 plus
Daily Responsibilities:
-Load route truck for the day and make sure everything needed is on the truck
-Perform schedule maintenance on different dairies
-Make invoices for each product sold off of the truck
-Count truck inventory biweekly and make sure all products are accounted for
-Find new customers
Skills Required:
-Must work well in a team
-Must be able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Accounting Assistant Position
Based out of northeast Wisconsin, Abts Equipment is currently looking to fill an accounting assistant position.
JOB DETAILS
Abts Equipment LLC is actively looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to add to our growing team in the dairy/manufacturing industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to, matching invoices to purchase orders, data entry and assisting in the process of Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). With a dynamic team environment, this space/office is a great place to work, and you will be offered excellent benefits. This is a permanent role with the company.
Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
-Reconcile statements with computer records
-Perform general accounting tasks
-Assist accounts payable with vendor invoices and disbursement filing
-Accounts Payable matching and filing
-Assist with special projects as assigned
-Code documents using the proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes
-Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
-Ability to multitask effectively
-Billing experience highly desired
-Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (A/P)
-Spreadsheet and ERP experience recommended
